Jan Köster is the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Flexecharge, leading commercial strategy for EV charging and energy management solutions. With close to a decade in the sector, he specialises in large-scale depot electrification, particularly for truck fleets. His work focuses on building practical frameworks that help operators transition to reliable, high-power charging while managing complex energy demands.

Jan collaborates with CPOs, grid operators, OEMs, and energy partners across Europe, translating technical energy complexity into scalable, commercially viable charging and infrastructure strategies.
