Frank Steinbacher is the founder of eLoaded GmbH, a technology company developing integrated high-voltage DC power grids for mobility, industry, and energy infrastructure. His work centres on replacing conventional AC-based distribution with scalable DC grids to enable more efficient electrification of transport and industrial energy systems.

Through eLoaded, Frank and his team deliver end-to-end DC infrastructure solutions combining high-power charging hardware, distribution networks, and AI-based operational analytics. With over 300 km of DC grid in operation, eLoaded is one of the largest DC-grid operators serving bus depots, logistics hubs, and large charging parks.
